Our Board

John Maclean Foundation is governed by its board, which represents and protects the interests of the foundation in Australia.

The Board is John Maclean Foundation's highest-decision making body and is democratically elected annually by its members. The Board meets monthly and provides governance, leadership and stewardship for John Maclean Foundation. This is achieved by overseeing the implementation of our vision, mission and plan.

Five of the seven members of the board are elected at John Maclean Foundation's Annual General Meeting: the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and three executive members. The remaining executive member is John Maclean.
