Introduction
If a large fund is required we may be able to part fund it. JMF will not reimburse any money that you have already spent.
Eligibility criteria
All applicants need to meet the following criteria:
- The family is on a low income
- The recipient child must be between three and eighteen years of age
Examples of grants made in the past
- Custom fitted wheelchairs
- vehicle and house modifications
- surgery and medical assistance
- modified sports equipment
- computers, remedial aids or any item that improves the quality of life for the child and their family.
Examples of things we will not fund
- Holidays
- Utility Bills
- Other items that are not specifically benefiting the grant recipient

JMF can only award grants thanks to the generosity of donors, fundraisers, charitable trusts, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
